General

Can I rent scaffolding without installation?

Yes. We deliver it to your job and your crew sets it up. If you would rather we build it, we can do that too.

How is the price worked out?

By how much scaffold you need (length and height of the wall), how long it stays up, and whether we build it. We spell it out line by line on the quote.

How soon can you deliver?

Tell us your start date when you ask for a quote and we will confirm the delivery day.

What do you need from me to quote?

The job address, the length and height of the walls, what work you are doing and for how long. A few photos of the site help us price it right.

Do you work with contractors and homeowners?

Both: general contractors, subcontractors, property managers, churches, schools and homeowners.

Can you move the scaffold during the job?

Yes. Call us when one wall is done and we move it to the next, so you only rent what is being worked on.

Do you speak Spanish?

Sí. Our office and crews speak English and Spanish.

What if my job is outside your areas?

Call us anyway. Texas Pro works all over Texas and larger jobs are often worth the trip.

By kind of job

Do I need a permit for scaffolding at my house?

Usually not when it stays on your property. If it has to sit on the sidewalk or street, your city may ask for one, and we will tell you before we set it up.

Can you set it up on a slope or around landscaping?

Yes. Screw jacks level the frames on uneven ground, and we plan the layout around beds, AC units and fences.

Can you work alongside the other trades?

Yes. Tell us who goes up on the wall and in what order, and we set planks and ties so each crew can work without waiting on us.

Do you bill monthly?

Long multifamily rentals are quoted by the month, with set-up, moves and take-down shown on their own lines.

Can you work at night or on weekends?

Tell us when the hotel is quietest and we will plan the set-up and moves for those hours where we can.

Do you work for the GC or the owner?

Either. On new builds we usually work for the general contractor; on renovations, often straight for the owner or management company.

Can you protect the sidewalk?

Yes. Tell us how people get in and out and we will plan the layout to keep that path open.

How fast can you mobilize?

Give us your start date when you ask for a quote and we will confirm the install day.

Can you work during the school year?

Yes, with the work zone fenced off and the set-up and take-down done outside school hours where the district asks.

Can scaffold go up inside a sanctuary?

Yes. Rolling towers and interior frames go up on protected floors and can come down before a service.

Ready to go up?

Free, no-obligation quote. We call back the same business day.
